Fethiye is a harbour town on a wide bay in south-west Turkey, with a marina, a promenade and rock-cut Lycian tombs in the cliff above the town. The drive from the airport heads east along the coast road through Göcek, climbing through pine-covered hills and tunnels before descending to the bay of Fethiye.
