Rotterdam The Hague → city centre · about 23 km · about 25 min · fixed price €80 per vehicle.
Price calculated. Change the date or destination if you like.
A private transfer from Rotterdam The Hague Airport (RTM) to The Hague city centre costs €80 per car for 1–3 passengers and €110 per van for 4–8. It is a fixed price for the whole vehicle, the same amount you pay when you book. The road distance is 23 km via A13 and A16; the drive takes about 25 min with clear roads, so plan on 25–35 min at busy times.
Where the driver waits: The driver waits in the arrivals area of the airport's small single terminal, after the baggage reclaim, holding a sign with your name. We track your flight and the first 60 minutes after landing are free; the driver helps with your luggage.
The Hague is the seat of the Dutch government and of international courts, with the Binnenhof, the Peace Palace and the Mauritshuis. The airport is in north Rotterdam, so the journey runs the full distance between the two cities on the A13 motorway, about 20 km. Central roads include the Spui and Centraal Station area, with many one-way streets, tram corridors and pedestrian shopping streets such as the Spuistraat. Government events and Prinsjesdag in September can close roads in the Binnenhof area. The beach at Scheveningen is a separate tram or road ride from the centre.
The historic core lies around the Binnenhof and the Hofvijver pond, with the Mauritshuis, the Noordeinde Palace and the Plein square within walking distance of each other. Den Haag Centraal is on the east side of the centre and Hollands Spoor on the south side, so it is worth checking which station a train serves. The Peace Palace with the International Court of Justice is on the Carnegieplein, a tram ride to the north-west. Scheveningen beach and pier are about five kilometres from the centre, reached by tram. Prinsjesdag in September, when the king drives to the Binnenhof, brings road closures in the centre.
Public transport instead: RET bus 33 from Rotterdam The Hague Airport to Meijersplein (then RandstadRail E to Den Haag Centraal) — about 40–55 min, every 10-15 min, 1 change. No direct service; bus 33 to Meijersplein, then RandstadRail E towards Den Haag Centraal.
