Zagreb → city centre · about 14 km · about 25 min · fixed price €55 per vehicle.
Price calculated. Change the date or destination if you like.
A private transfer from Zagreb Airport (ZAG) to Zagreb city centre costs €55 per car for 1–3 passengers and €70 per van for 4–8. It is a fixed price for the whole vehicle, the same amount you pay when you book. The road distance is 14 km; the drive takes about 25 min with clear roads, so plan on 25–35 min at busy times.
Where the driver waits: The driver waits in the arrivals hall of the airport terminal, after baggage reclaim and the customs exit, holding a sign with your name. We track your flight and the first 60 minutes after landing are free; the driver helps with your luggage.
Zagreb airport is at Velika Gorica, about 17 km south of the city centre. The drive takes 20 to 30 minutes on the Zagreb bypass or via Jadranska avenue and the city roads. Traffic on Jadranska avenue is heavy at the morning and evening rush hours. The Upper Town (Gornji Grad) has restricted vehicle access, and the lanes are steep, so the car stops at the edge near Ban Jelačić Square.
The centre of Zagreb consists of the Lower Town around Ban Jelačić Square, the Dolac market and the Cathedral, and the Upper Town (Gornji Grad and Kaptol) on the hill. The funicular links the Lower and Upper Towns. The Zrinjevac park and the museums form a green belt south of the main station. Hotels are in the Lower Town and around the station. Ban Jelačić Square is pedestrian and tram-only, so the car stops at nearby streets.
