Getting from Corfu Airport (CFU) to Sidari takes about 50 min by car on an empty road (50–60 min in heavy traffic) over 39 km via 2224 and EO24. Our private transfer costs €100 for a car with 1–3 passengers or €140 for a van with 4–8 — the vehicle price you see is the price you pay at booking.
On arrival: The driver waits in the arrivals hall of the airport terminal, after baggage reclaim and the customs exit, holding a sign with your name. If the flight is late, the driver adjusts to the real landing time; 60 minutes of waiting are included and help with the luggage is part of the service.
Sidari is a resort on the north coast of Corfu, about 35 km from the airport. The route follows the main road north via Kontokali, Gouvia, Dassia and Ypsos, then west across the island through Agios Panteleimon, and takes about 50 minutes. The road is single carriageway in places and slow behind buses and coaches in July and August. The final stretch passes through the village centre.
Sidari is known for the Canal d'Amour rock formations and a long stretch of sandy beach, with a lively main street of cafes, bars and small supermarkets. Hotels and apartments lie behind the beach and along the main street. The harbour for boat trips to Diapontia islands, such as Othonoi, is nearby. The main street is busy in the evening, and the car can drop passengers at the junction near the beach or at the hotel entrance.
Public transport: No direct public service from the airport; the usual route is the town bus to the Corfu KTEL station and a KTEL coach to Sidari.
