Yes. Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup and you get a full refund. Rescheduling is free until then too. If you cancel less than 24 hours before pickup or don't show up, the fare is not refunded. Just reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp.
You pay in advance when you book, on a secure Stripe payment page: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay. There is nothing to pay the driver on the day.
Yes — infant carrier (0–13 kg), child seat (9–18 kg) and booster (15–36 kg), all to EU safety standards. Just add them when booking (€10 each) — they are fitted and ready.
A car (1–3 people) takes 4 large suitcases plus hand luggage; our vans (4–8 people) up to 8. Travelling with skis, golf clubs or a bike? Tell us when booking and we will send the right vehicle.
